Stage & AV Manager: Rachel Ledington

Managed all technical and stage operations for the USA Pavilion’s performance program, overseeing both the main stage and event space. Led a team of four stagehands to execute daily performances, ensuring smooth lighting, sound, and stage transitions throughout the event. Coordinated all technical communications and logistics with artists prior to arrival, advancing show requirements and maintaining consistent professional standards. Oversaw live show execution, managed equipment upkeep, and collaborated across departments to deliver 1,076 performances with 519 different performers.
